the hotel location was fine, it had good transport links to many places. the bed was not bad.
i really struggled to get my suitcase up to the room and it was annoying. the stairs was also too narrow.

the staff was always helpful. the location proved great with a nearby metro station. the room had a kettle with a good tea selection. i also appreciated the daily water replenishment.
the air conditioning blew warm air when set to cold, which i found a minor issue.
